Dario Albertini<\/strong>started his career in documentaries and he personally took care of all the aspects of the production: sound, music, and photography. Slot – Le intermittenti luci di Franco, his first documentary, was awarded many prizes (D.E.R Visioni Doc, \u2018Adriano Asti\u2019 Best Documentary, Cinemadocumentario, \u2018Marcellino De Baggis\u2019, and reached the finals for the \u2018Doc\/it Professional Award\u2019).
La Repubblica dei Ragazzi won the \u2018400 colpi Vittorio Veneto Film Festival\u2019 and the \u2018Cinema Fedic\u2019 prize. Manuel (2018) is his first fiction film and was presented at Venice Film Festival.
