Constanze Ruhm is an Austrian director, artist, author, and curator, whose work explores the connections between cinema, new media, and archives, by focussing on representation and performativity in relation to feminist historiography. She will be awarded the Efebo d’Oro New Languages – City of Palermo during the 43rd edition of the Efebo d’Oro Festival which will be held in Palermo from 14th to 20th November 2021.
